Base on a Project at Texas Instruments in Freising, it's divided into 3 subprojects:
Automation of the supply air equipment for the clean rooms at the main production plant. Automation of the supply- and exhaust air equipment for the open-plan offices at the Administration Building and the control of two refrigerating machines including auxiliaries. Automation of the supply- and exhaust air equipment for a casino with canteen kitchen, the control of two refrigerating machines including auxiliaries and a heat-exchange- station for the heating system.
System Control is provided via stored-program controls Type S7-400/ S7-300 (Model Siemens) with subordinated field bus level ET200S.
The controls are linked with the other automation devices belonging to other ranges via Ethernet and MPI-Bus. The connections to the control system are also provided by Ethernet. By means of a Touch-Panel MP370 the operator is enabled to supervise and handle the plant on site at the master-display.
The customer's benefits:
Room conditions in the clean-rooms have to be kept strictly within a very close range. Influences due to interior changes or exterior influences have to be compensated reliably by means of the built-in control equipment. These requirements are guaranteed due to the application of high accurate measurement- and sensing devices, fast actuators, a powerful and fast PLC as well as a logically structured and perfected programming.
