Communication
We collect and transmit your operating data, faults and counted measurands of external plants and real estates on server systems and permit you handling, operation and remote diagnostics.
Our systems provide simple and cost-efficient Solutions, but allow also complex and ambitious systems.

Operation Management and Facility Management
We ease the operation management of real estates in administration and industry for you with our information and management system FIS# (Facilities Information System). The system works multi-vendor and craft spanning with a uniform user interface. The integrated functions for the alarm, processing of faults, average and maintenance management etc. allow immediate action and consequently the reduction of operating costs. You can react from any location and therefore avoid unessential costs for consequential damages, super proportional energy costs, needless service insert and so on. Our system is based on open standards, works database-driven (Access, SQL-server, Oracle) and can be operated comfortably and intuitively. The histories of the operating data allow analytical interpretations and calculations such as cost allocations, consumption and failure statistics, trend interpretations, benchmarking, spares inventory etc. Our aim consists in accomplishing an operation management at optimal cost and an efficient technical Facility Management.
